In Orval, Belgium

October 5 - 8, 2026

Dynamic Zenthai is an exploration into the more fluid, rhythmic and expressive dimensions of Zenthai Shiatsu, where bodywork becomes a dance.

This training invites you to move beyond technique and into a deeper listening… where gestures follow a rhythm, and the body begins to organise itself from within.

This immersion introduces a 1.5-hour dynamic bodywork flow, combining movement, pulsing, and fluid transitions.

• Working with the meridians as flowing rivers
• Dynamic pulsing and rhythmic expression
• Creating freedom and space in the structural body
• Enlivening and harmonising the energetic body

What is Dynamic Zenthai?

Dynamic Zenthai explores the fluid body — a place where movement arises effortlessly from within. This approach to bodywork aims to continuously keeps a rhythm of alive through pulsing, spiralling and breath. No rushing, no pausing.

A reflection from Natan:

“Our fluid body is a magical place, where it can feel like we slip, slide and move from within, without any thought or effort.

Our fluid body is a realm of bliss. We feel as if we are a drop of water in a vast and deep ocean.

It is a place of no resistance. Our tensions simply dissolve and melt back into the ground of our body.

A place of inner freedom where fear, anxiety, and tension have no lasting hold on us.”

Your Experience

La Ferme du Bois-le-Comte (the farm of the count’s forest, part of the East West Centre in Antwerp) is a gorgeous 19th century farmhouse situated in the Ardennes, in the south-east of Belgium, on the French border. Central in Europe, it can be reached in 1 hour by car from Luxembourg, 2 hours from Brussels and less than 5 hours by train from London, Paris or Amsterdam.
The farm enjoys a superb position in the midst of nature at one of Belgium’s most beautiful, quiet and energetically powerful sites. It is at an intersection of footpaths, near the famous abbey of Orval and GR 129.

The grounds cover 10 hectares: gently sloping hills with old oak trees, full of nice corners to read, lie in the sun or meditate. The old apple tree and the labyrinth are favourite spots.

All meals are from 100% organic, fresh, local and seasonal produce. The farm accommodates for all food preferences and intolerances. Dishes are intended to support the schedule and flow of the retreat with the understanding that food is the primary medicine we need to thrive in a learning environment.

A retreat is neither a vacation nor an escape - it is a total immersion into a new way of being. We realign ourselves with new pathways of thinking and moving, new patterns of waking and sleeping. On retreat, we are being invited into a rare opportunity for spaciousness - honouring the transformation that takes place.

Testimonial

"Natan’s workshop was an unforgettable experience. To unite a group of strangers in a world of deep connection, exploration and discovery takes a talented facilitator. Natan is that. His gentle manner combined with his knowledge of movement and the human body makes him one of the best I’ve encountered. The activities were challenging enough to generate the gratification of learning, while accessible enough to allow us all to achieve. The technique itself is beautiful. Such a graceful blend of modalities, through which release, trust and safety transform the whole nervous system and psyche. Natan brings the gift of the embodied self - something that’s so needed in today’s fast paced world."
