What to Expect

Each session begins with a short assessment based on Chinese medicine principles. This allows the student therapist to align the treatment with your unique needs, ensuring a personalised and supportive experience.

What is Zenthai?

Zenthai draws from thousands of years of healing, and incorporates elements of acupressure, massage, and deep muscle work through bodyweight mechanics. We help the receiver relax into their parasympathetic nervous system and naturally blocked energy held in the body can be released. Zenthai is a holistic practice, designed to bring the whole being into balance - body, mind & spirit - and help remeber its natural ability to heal itself. There are 3 threads that weave this practice together.

  • FLUIDITY - a dance that moves both giver and receiver from within, without effort or thought.

  • HEARTFULLNESS - a conversation beyond words where we learn to listen.

  • TOTALITY - when we direct our full attention anywhere - energy follows. Thus, our focussed intention guides the receivers body to let go of unconsions patterns of tension and holding, only to heal itself and remember the whole.
